Michelson Hall is the largest academic building on the USC campus, which is primarily used for Bioscience studies, though it has also been used by researchers for development of new drugs and biomedical devices. The hall is unique in that it is one of the few facilities in the world that combines research in engineering with that of physical and life sciences. The building is wrapped in over 250,000 bricks on the outside with looming arches and peaked windows in the front, adding to the building’s total of 300 windows. The facilities inside the building include wet labs, research centers, a fabrication lab, offices, conference rooms, and various research centers.
